We provide capital to a variety of healthcare sectors including biopharma, medical devices, diagnostics, life science tools, and selective healthcare service and HIT companies.  We seek long-term partnerships with the following characteristics:

• Products offering a compelling value to society through improved efficacy, safety, or which provide savings to the healthcare system
• Generally commercial-stage, although will selectively consider pre-approval situations
• Aligned and ethical management teams

SWK focuses on transactions in the $5 million to $20 million range, although will selectively consider larger transactions.
