SWK Holdings Corporation (“SWK Holdings” or the “Company,” which may be referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our;” ticker OTCBB: SWKH.OB) was formerly a provider of customer service solutions until the sale of substantially all its assets in December 2009. We are currently seeking to redeploy our cash to enhance stockholder value and are seeking, analyzing and evaluating potential acquisition candidates. This strategy may allow SWK Holdings to realize future cash flow benefits from its net operating loss carryforwards (“NOLs”). We were incorporated in Delaware in September 1999 under the name KANA Software, Inc. In December 2009 the Company changed its name to SWK Holdings Corporation.
